Welcome to everyone's favorite season, autumn! It's that special time of year where we wake up the day after Halloween and dive straight into Christmas because no one gives a flying fig about the settlement of the United States and the promises we made to its native people which we totally glossed over after they saved our butts.
In celebration of this joyous affair, I have compiled a list of what I think is going to be hot this season (and I'm not talking about Dacre Montgomery from Stranger Things). Links will be included, so if you like something and you have the funds, go for it! I'm so excited to get back to sharing things I think are cool with you and I hope you enjoy this post!
1. Bells Are Ringing

You hear that? That's the 1970s calling about the bell sleeves you should be wearing on the daily. This fall seems to be the season for playing with proportion, so why not change things up with your sleeves? Sometimes known as a trumpet sleeve, the bell sleeve has seen its reincarnations for centuries beginning with the traditional Japanese kimono and worming its way into the top fashions of medieval royalty. Wanna actually throw it back on Thursday? Pick up a bell sleeve top.

2. Now You See Me, Now You Don't

Don't worry about not being able to find the perfect pants this fall, camouflage has you covered. Dress these up with a gold sequin jacket, or pair them down with a vintage t-shirt.
Pick up these pants here.
3. Check It Out

I don't recall a fall when plaid wasn't in fashion, but according to Harper's Bazaar, plaid is back and better than ever. Channel your inner Jamie from Outlander and make sure to pick up a tartan-tastic jacket for cooler temperatures.

4. Full Bloom

You can go ahead and check your calendar, but the floral trend didn't die out with dropping temperatures. Seen on the runways of Valentino and Coach, keep the spirit of spring alive by opting for a muted version of spring's flowery friends.
Find it here.
5. Yes, Denim Is Actually A Crayon Color

You like jeans? Good, because now you're going to want to wear them all over your body, not just on your legs. The fabric that originated in France, denim is making its way on top after being bottomed out for so long.
Grab your new jacket here.
6. Flash Mob

To me, trench coats never go out of style, but this season they are definitely in. Don't believe me? Just ask the original designer of the classic trench, Burberry. Make sure to pick up a khaki colored friend this fall to really make it look like you mean business.
Get it here.
7. It's Faux Fun

Save yourself from getting too cold and your furry friends by bundling up in faux fur this fall. Change it up with patterned furs featured on the Thom Browne runway, or class it up with something more along the lines of Cruella De Vil with a mod black and white print.
Find yours here.
8. The Midas Touch

Don't worry about those pesky Sumptuary Laws (English law which dictated what colors could be worn by certain classes) and clothe yourself in velvety gold for that perfect autumnal vibe. Don't be a drag, just be a queen. This isn't the Elizabethan era.
Pick it up here.
9. Give 'Em The Boot

Steel toed, pointy, or rounded, boots are back. Be daring and opt for something over the knee, or keep it Salem-style and go for something a tad more witchy. 'Tis the season!
Find your perfect fit here.
10.Color Me Red

Crimsons are on the horizon this season. Be bold in bombastic red with your Thanksgiving dress and stand out in those family photos bound to make it onto your Instagram.
