It is almost 2017 and you know what that means! An obligatory list of things that I like because if Buzzfeed can do it, I can do it. Below, you will find beauty products that I have used consistently over the last year and have loved. All of the products that I have listed below will have a link and description to go along with them so if you want to check them out. go for it!
DISCLAIMER: just because these work on my skin type and complexion doesn't mean that they will work on yours. With some drugstore beauty products, the formula and consistency can vary between product shades. Please keep that in mind.
1.St. Ives Timeless Skin Collagen Elastin Moisturizer
Having dry, sensitive skin that has a tendency to freak out and become a combination skin type is not really a fun time when looking for a moisturizer. Being someone who has previous experience with varying types of moisturizing products, this is the best one I have come across. It has never left my skin oily or caused any type of breakout. Plus, it contains collagen which keeps skin looking fresh and wrinkle free. A little goes a long way with this product. I've been using it every day for the past seven months and I've hardly made a dent in the 10 ounce container.

2. Maybelline New York Cover Stick Corrector Concealer (Green)
If you have fair skin like I do, or are prone to breakouts and want to cover those pesky red spots, this is your holy grail. Color correcting has been somewhat of a "new" concept this past year, allowing those with dark circles, dull skin, or red bumps to create flawless complexions. The formula can feel rather thick on the skin, but once blended in, I don't really notice it. With this green concealer, I've been able to cover any red bumps easily with no one the wiser.

3. Hard Candy Glamoflauge Heavy Duty Concealer (Ultra Light)
It's pretty difficult to find a heavy duty concealer at an affordable price, but I believe Hard Candy accomplishes the task. I've been using this concealer for almost three years now, and it is my absolute favorite. If you wanna talk about coverage, this baby's got it. You will definitely need to set this concealer, however. With extra coverage, comes extra setting powder.

4. Coty Airspun Loose Face Powder (Translucent Extra Coverage 070-41)
I've been a fan of this setting powder for about two years. It's lightweight, makes my skin feel smooth, and actually sets my foundation and concealer. It is on the pricier side of setting powders at a drugstore level, but I just purchased my third one two months ago and I use this powder everyday. There are some drawbacks, however. If you're anything like me when it comes to loose powder, you are going to get this everywhere. Secondly, it is only offered in three shades, so if you have a darker complexion, this is probably not the setting powder for you.

5. e.l.f. Golden Bronzer

Another staple that I've used for years, this bronzer and I are best buds. Being the color of printer paper, it doesn't take much to add some color to my face. But, with the help of this bronzer, I've been able to fake that I do in fact go outside.

6. Maybelline New York Define & Fill Duo (Auburn)
I happened upon this beauty at Ulta. I'm pretty cruddy at doing my eyebrows, so I wanted to get something on the cheaper end of the spectrum so I wouldn't be wasting money on practicing brows. My natural brows are a white-blonde, so I'm sure you can imagine the difference this product makes. I really do like the duo aspect of this eyebrow pencil. My only comment about this product would be that I think the shadow applicator is a bit too large and makes tapering off your brows a little difficult.

7. Maybelline New York Brow Drama Sculpting Brow Mascara (Auburn)
Continuing on with the brows, this product just helps to define real brow hair. Being someone that has two different eyebrows (I'm being completely serious) this really helps to make one of my brows appear fuller. I also use this to set the eyebrow pencil and shadow so everything stays in place all day!

8. NYX Cosmetics Jumbo Eye Pencil (Milk 604)
A tried and true beauty staple of mine, I use this white eye pencil in my water line and as a base for eye shadow if I want to brighten the color. This pencil is really easy to work with, keeps my eye shadow in place, and doesn't tug at my waterline.

9. NYX Cosmetics Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick
If you want lasting color that isn't drying on your lips, this is your lipstick. I really like the doe foot applicator and the color payoff is great. I currently own three shades of this line and the only complaint I have is that I don't own more.

10. Rimmel London Lasting Finish 1000 Kisses Lip Liner
Another product I can't live without, these liners work pretty much with anything. The color payoff is great, they don't tug on my lips during application, or smudge throughout the day. They come in a range of shades and last all day even when I just wear them with a lip balm!
